Who We Are
Méli Candle was established in 2020 in Los Angeles, California with one mission: to bring artistic, trendy, high-quality, home-decor style candles to your cozy home. Our candles aren't only decorative pieces for your home but also a scented candle to light and create a comfortable atmosphere.
We used to incorporate a mixture of Beeswax and Soy Wax in our candles, hence where our name Méli Candle came from. However, we have taken a vegan approach and currently only use Soy Wax.
Our candles incorporate Soy Wax or Olive Oil Wax. Candles purchased in a Vessel (jar/teacup/etc) will be filled with Soy Wax, our Shaped Candles will be in our new formula of Olive Oil Wax.
When burned, our candles neutralizes pollutants in the air of your home, eliminates odors and mold in the air,..
Since we only use all-natural waxes, our candles do not give off toxic byproducts and heavy soot when burned.

Meli Candles is a one-woman show! Each candle is given extra care and love by being carefully created, designed, and poured one at a time. Including the overnight cool off time. Therefore, the process is slower than a manufactured candles. Our orders take between 7-9 business days plus delivery times. We aim to create the best quality candles we are able to, however, they may be tiny imperfections such as air bubbles or a small scuff mark.
YOUR CANDLES
When you receive our candles, handle them with care as you don't want to accidentally scratch them with your nails. Our blend is a smooth soft blend, making it a smoother blend then paraffin wax candles.
Keep your candles in a place where dust won't stick to it. And always place your candle over a coaster or plate to prevent ruining your surfaces, especially while lighting the candle.
And keep in mind that our candles are not in jars, so they burn for a less time than other candles would. We don't want to add more waste to our world, so we focus on creating candles that don't require brand jars. If we do sell candles in a vessel, they will always be 100% re-purposed.
